Little boy racers? More like little boy B&$%&*”$!

What fun do they get out of scaring the crap out of defenceless drivers! Please bare with me for the moment because I’m shaking like a leaf!

Everyone can see the beautiful dry weather we have here. As if! Traction is not great on a wet day! So when I’m driving into my estate (slowly thankfully) & I see a little boy bollix coming at me sideways around a corner on a day as wet as today of course I panic! God knows how I’m still here. Well at least I hope He does because I know I definitely don’t!

Please can anyone out there explain to me what the fun is in that? Who finds crap like this entertaining?

Well put it this way I’m saying it here & now if I ever see that car in here again he will be going out without a windscreen! & that’s a promise! These idiots deserve to be tied together & dropped in the middle of the ocean!

& before I get all the bleeding heart liberals shouting at me how they’re poor misunderstood children save it! I don’t want to hear any of it! That little piece of dirt nearly took myself & my 10 yr old daughter out! If I ever get my hands on him I’ll do time!

Daddy is home! :D

YAY! My daddy  is home from Oz! He was gone for 3 weeks. Nic got him a cake saying “Welcome Home Grandad!” He loved it.

He seems to have had a really wonderful time over there. He has some lovely shots too. He was at Bondai Beach. In boardies! (SHORTS!!!!! :-O) I’m not sure if it’s a thing I wanted to see or not!   I’m just glad he’s home safe & sound.

It was a long flight & since he has come back the bites he got while he was out there are driving him insane. I have been told it’s to do with the temp & possibly also the cabin pressure coming over too. But he will be fine.

Nic is delighted to have him back. & she got the Kowala she wanted. Even if they weren’t alive. He also brought her back a beautiful boomerang. She’s been told she can’t throw it though because Addy might chase it & get a big surprise when it starts to chase him back! He also got myself & Trev a beautiful glass paperweight of Sydney Opera house. It’s beautiful.  & shiny too  which keeps the Magpie in me happy!

No, unfortunately that’s not my impression of a cat. It’s me being sore!

4 years ago Nicola got a Brats runway thing from Santa & we were getting ready to go up to Grannie & Grandads for Christmas dinner. Dad pulled up outside waiting to give us a lift up so I ran down the stairs to finish getting everything sorted. The next thing I know I am sitting quite strangely on the stairs & my shoulder is very sore as is my knee (which I had injured previously in a crash). When I eventually get my head together I realise my left heal is digging into my left shoulder (I ended up with quite a bruise on my shoulder).

As I get myself up I figure out Daddy was tying Nics shoes so she had left her Bratz stuff on the stairs & I had slipped on them. I had bent my knee up so far behind me I had effectively kicked myself in the shoulder. Which for a person of my size is not very easy at all!
At the time everyone asked me to go to the hospital, but with it being Christmas day I wouldn’t go & then after that I kept putting it off.

Long story short I now think I’m in trouble! I have constant pain in my foot & the pain when I’m walking is crazy. But where I have the problem is that I am loosing power in it when I’m driving. Which is not good when you’re trying to press down on a clutch. I got a bit of a fright this evening when I was coming out the gate of mum & dads & I lost all power in the foot & I couldn’t hold down the clutch long enough to get the car going so I stalled. It was not good because there was a red van speeding over the hill. I was in the middle of the road. Thankfully I got the car started & moved off in time but it hurt like hell.
It’s just driving me mad.

Anyway, I have promised mum I will go to the doctor tomorrow & see what he says. But if it has to be rebroken I can’t get it done until at least April or May of next year at the earliest!

Way too fast!

Coming home from dinner on Sunday I came upon this! Thankfully there was no one hurt! (No thanks to the “Eastern European” driver. Not being racist, just honest) This poor woman’s bumper was 1/2 way up the hill.

What happened was this woman was coming out of the Clybawn road & next thing she knew this guy was plowing into her. He came out of nowhere! He was going amazing speed!He couldn’t stop, he couldn’t avoid her. He was going so fast he couldn’t stop for a good stretch after he hit her.

As you can see from this shot he just kept going! The woman’s number plate & bumper are up on the wall! That is where they landed! What I couldn’t get over was when I went up to them to see what was going on 1 of the Eastern European guys started walking down the road flagging down a Taxi. Just as the Taxi pulled up the other guy said the one getting in the taxi was driving! 1 of the women ran down after him & got him back out of the taxi. He kept saying he wasn’t the 1 driving! So I don’t know if they found out who was driving in the end I just felt so sorry for the women in the car he hit. & they will still not slow down! What is it going to take for people to slow down on the road?  I know I’m going slower since this.
